Chicken Pesto Pizza

  Ingredients
 - 2 pound dough ball
 - 3 - 4 ounces pesto
 - 1-1/2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes
 - 6 ounces mozzarella
 - 4 ounces artichoke hearts
 - 6 ounces fresh, Roma tomatoes, sliced
 - 4 ounces of Italian spiced marinated chicken breast, cubed
 - 2 ounces roasted red peppers
 
Instructions
 - Roll out dough to 16-inch pizza size.
 - Coat pizza with pesto.
 - Layer sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, tomato and chicken.
 - Top with peppers.
 - Bake for 10 min. in a 400 F oven.
