Chicken Pesto Pizza

Ingredients
- 12-inch pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 4 ounces mozzarella
- 4 ounces fresh mushrooms
- 4 ounces smoked chicken
- 2 ounces red onion, cut into slices
- 1 tablespoon pesto
- ½ ball of buffalo mozzarella
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Open dough and brush with cream.
- Top with mozzarella, then add mushrooms, chicken and red onion.
- Bake until crust is golden brown, then remove from oven and add buffalo mozzarella, pesto, salt and pepper, to taste.
