Peach & Pecan Pizza

- 12-ounce dough ball
- 2 ounces olive oil
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup caramelized pecans
- 1 peach, sliced
- 2 ounces Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
- 1 ounce balsamic glaze
- Form dough into a disc.
- Brush liberally with olive oil, then add mozzarella cheese.
- Top with pecans, peach slices and Pecorino Romano cheese.
- Bake until crust is golden brown and ready to serve.
- Remove from oven and drizzle on balsamic glaze.
