Low-Cal Herb Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup tomato juice
- ½ cup of red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons minced parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon cayenne
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive container and shake to mix thoroughly.
- Let sit 1 hour and then remove the garlic cloves.
