Award-winning Chef Sarah Minnick of acclaimed Lovely’s Fifty Fifty in Portland and Eric Redfield, co-owner of Pizza Today’s 2024 Pizzeria of the Year Camporosso in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky to deliver Keynote Addresses at Pizza Expo in Las Vegas
International Pizza Expo 2025 continues its tradition to bring impactful keynote speakers to headline the pizza industry’s largest event and trade show. Chef Sarah Minnick, owner of Lovely’s Fifty Fifty and Eric Redfield, co-owner of Camporosso in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, will bring talent, passion and innovation to the main stage at Pizza Expo at the end of March.
Sarah Minnick will deliver the first Keynote Address Tuesday, March 25, at 8:15 am in W231-233. An award-winning chef, she has taken Lovely’s Fifty Fifty in Portland, Oregon to international acclaim. A self-taught baker, her approach to pizza, a whole-grain sourdough crust, a farm-to-table menu and mastery of unconventional ingredients has earned her coveted culinary esteem. Sarah was one of a handful of pizza makers featured in the Pizza season of Netflix’s hit Chef’s Table. An entire episode was dedicated to her. The episode description notes, “Purslane, orach, flowers: unconventional toppings from Portland gardens and farms lend Sarah Minnick’s colorful pies vibrancy and unforgettable flavor.” She has received many prestigious accolades, including being nominated by the James Beard Foundation for Outstanding Chef in 2024 and 2025, She was also a semi-finalist in the Best Chef Northwest and Pacific category in 2020.
Eric Redfield will deliver the second Keynote Address entitled “Spirit of Giving” Wednesday, March 26, at 8:15 am in W231-233. Eric and Amy Redfield lead an employee and community focused business that has made significant impact in the greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Camporosso Wood Fired Pizzeria was named Pizza Today’s 2024 Pizzeria of the Year. This prestigious award highlights Camporosso’s exceptional commitment to culinary excellence, innovative employee engagement, and unparalleled community involvement. Pizza Today’s Editor-in-Chief Jeremy White says, “What Eric and Amy Redfield have created in Ft. Mitchell is simply astounding.
